I'd have to agree....I have the TT2's and the quality just isn't there....I do get an absolute ridiculous amount of good comments on them though.

Yes they do make direct fit but only 8 inch wide. I just got a price estimate from sears $994 with lug kit. Does that seem a little steep? I sure thought so.

yes they do make a exact fit for 3rd gens, but overall its not all that nice of a fit or finish on the wheels. the quality of the polished aluminum is not very good at all.
these are 17x8's, and a 1.5" drop all the way around. the tires came within about 1/8" of rubbing when i turned sharply

Wow,pskl350 that car/stance looks great IMHO
My question is...Would you buy them again?or spend the substantial extra for Boyd's?
Thanks
Steve
BTW,may I ask what size tires?

Divorce court on Thursday!

my father actually worked at american racing and he got me the tt2s for like $300. with the lug kit there worth $800 plus in other places. ive had them for a while but havent mounted them because i still need the tires
and they also make them crome instead of polish but at a heafty price i was origanally going to get the 200 series rims from amercan racing but they didint have them in stock

17X8 in the front // 17x9.5 rear
245/45/17 275/40/17
The fit in the front is perfect as for the rear, the passenger side wheel rubs. I am in the process of replacing the shocks, and bought a new adjustable panhard. Just for kicks I installed some lower control arms, and relocation brackets!!! Money well spent!!

Am I the only one that doesn't find those rims particularly appealing? Don't get me wrong, they look good on your cars, but I don't like the rims too much.

At first I was afraid, I was petrified.........No really, At first I was skeptical of getting them. I really wanted the Dark ROH ZS wheels, discontinued When I finally saw these rims on my car, I fell in love again! Well technically I never fell out of love, anyway they really bring the car to life! The stance is aggresive and it really brings out the color of my car! I think these wheels are one of the top 5 best looking for our car!!!

no way, boyd has them for 995 for 17 and then like 50 bucks for the 9.5 all around. I looked in jegs or summit , one of them , and they are 950 for tt2's.I d rather have boyds for that price, now if tt2 were 500 or 600 then id go tt2's, but they arent.

17" in a boyd should not run you more then 280-340 a wheel depending on option and style. when i was looking at the hot rod fully customed it was only 340 in 18" through belle tire here in michigan and that was without any deals.
