Are metal buffing compounds soft enough to use by hand??

Are metal buffing compounds soft enough to use by hand??

Tripoli or white rouge, are they soft enough to use by hand or do they require the use of a high speed buffer?? I'm looking at the compounds sold by Eastwood.

what are u buffing thats metal. lol.
yeah u can use that stuff by hand , on a clean cloth,
its just the same as getting in places where u cant get a buffer , u do it by hand.
