Well, by looking at the picture, it's an automatic, so that would rule out "Powermite" as his says it's a 6-speed.
Other than that, the only difference is the wheel type doesn't match anything in the "FR Series" from Simmons.

Whoops, this is the quote I was looking for. Sorry.

Re: Purdiest 3rdGen I've ever seen!
i know im biased but imo mine looks the best that is why i built it like i did everything is just how i want it so really no other cars can compare to it b/c it is perfect to my standards. but there is no one you can narrow it down to one car, i think it could be narrowed down to a top five but imo the silver one at the beginning is very plain and the wheels sticking out just kill the looks anyways...

OMFG I started this thread like 2 decades ago. This would officially be my oldest "back from the grave" thread. Someone posted a firebird and said "this car>kandiedz"....nope

Now I have NO Problems ranking that firebird up there with some of the best, it does look damn good, but Kandied's and CamaroSource's are amongst THE best. *not to mention the car that I posted this thread about in the first place *

Re: Purdiest 3rdGen I've ever seen!
That car looks good and I love the grey/ gun metal
But the spacers are too big and it needs to be lowered in my opinion. My ZR1s tuck tigher than that with my 4th gen rear and 2 inch spacers in front.
I've seen too many nice third gens to have a favorite, but I really like this one:
It needs to be lowered too IMO.
edit, just saw this:

Re: Purdiest 3rdGen I've ever seen!
BUT, I'm partial...
My vote still goes for my wife's car for a 3rd gen...but I like my old "WS6" Tahoe!
And no, her car wasn't "riced out". It was an autocross car, and you can see but not read, the sponsor's names.

Re: Purdiest 3rdGen I've ever seen!
I must say the one in Rocket-Doc's post above is the best looking 3rd gen I've ever seen. Quite possibly the best looking car I've ever seen, period. The car belongs to powermite in the UK. He used hand crafted aluminum in the interior pieces on the dash and gauge bezels. He's got a lot of money sunk into it, and it shows, especially since he had to have most of his parts imported from the good 'ol US of A.
You all have beautiful cars, makes me proud to be a 3rd gen owner. I've only had mine for 2 years and still haven't driven it yet since I'm working on a L4-V8 conversion. It doesn't look anything like you guys cars. It'll take a lot of work to get it to "decent".

Sinister with the recent addition of black accents to your car, I think black headlight buckets would make it look that much better yet.

I frequently lurk there. perhaps one day I'll send in a good zip file of my cars.. ive only seen one photo of mine on there.. so oh well. but nn is not NSFW to me.. We want the whole shebang. there was at one time a thread on here stating bout having our girl friends pose on our cars in little to nothing.. too bad that never happened. ( actually i think it got deep sixed because of the non family orientation, but oh well )

Fatal is a member here on TGO (Fatal88). Those are the pics I took, back in the early to mid 90's, at a GM stealership, where the GM crew was making a stop to show, and Fatal was there.

Re: Purdiest 3rdGen I've ever seen!
I'll play along! I just had mine painted this past weekend. I'm still slowly gettin' it put back together. It's black over '07 Honda (yeah...I know) Tangerine, with HOK silver Marblizer over black base to divide the two tone. I'm diggin' it! It's a little more "orangey" in real life than it appears in the pic...I guess the cloudy day fudged the pic up a little.
----------
Oh...before anyone else says it...I know it needs lowered! All my money is already spent in this car for now. Either an Eibach Pro Kit or a set of Tokico's are next on the list.

What year is this Firehawk? I want that nose on mine..
Ok now I am posting this just cause I hit the link and found out its a 91.. Were they the only ones tat came with that style wing and nose piece?
Are these made aftermarket if the answer is yes to my other question..
