Uhmm check out the sticky post at the top of the page. Sand down with 120 grit paper then do 320 wet 400 wet, followed by emery, tripoli, and white rouge compounds with a buffing wheel

you will need a drill that turns 2500 rpms, but yes you can get buffs for the drill. Tripoli and white roughe are fine and really fine aluminium polish. Check out eastwood-co.com I think it is eastwood, they have two kits, one comes with grinding compund 80/220/320 and tripoli and white roughe, the other is just the tripoli and white rouge, both come with buffs. its like $80/$30 for the kits.
