boyd coddington smoothies

there are 2 boyd coddington 17x8, smoothies, at the shop i work at and im thinking about buying them, 100 a piece. they were on a newer firebird...my question is will they fit on my car? i want to put them on the front and buy another pair of 18x10.

that depends....... do you mean a newer as in a 4th gen 93-up?
when most likely youll need the spacers that ppl have to use when putting on there 4th gen or rims like z06, ZR-1 or stock fbody ones.
BUT if the guy who 1st bought the rims got the wrong ones for his car....like backspacing you may need spacers you may not ....best thing to do is measure them and compare the backspaceing measurments to the no.# for our cars.

yeah, it was a 4th gen bird. if i buy them i am going to sell my 91' factory z28 wheels../does anyone have an idea of how much i could get for them w/tires???

depends ....anywere from $75-over 100 per wheel depending on if centercaps and lugnuts are included,,,thats if they are polished or the clear on em is good. and min. or minor road rash with no bent lips. Thats about where iroc wheels go fo used...id say a nice set of those are around the same too.
