What kind of rims are these?

ive had my maro for about 11 months so far and ive always wondered what kind of rims were on it. I asked the guy i bought it from he he had do idea either, he said he thinks they were old charger rims... anyone have an idea?

they look like painted up turbo regal (not GN) wheels.

aight thanks.. and another question, when i go to buy tires i was looking at maybe 275/50/15's cause my tires are shot, but whats the meaurement for a thicker sidewall? can i get the 275/50/15's in like a 26inch tire or 28 so it fills the back wheelwell more.

i was think of gettin all new rims anyway, maybe 16's would look better?

Those rims look like the ones that were all the rage back in the early 70s on a lot of vans, trucks, and dune buggies. I never knew the names of them. I always thought they were kind of cool back in the day.

lol my 1979 econo has the exact same rims as the ateam van accept they are chrome.
