this was my old ride...82 malibu wagon that pulled 12.8s on street tires. She was quick, fun, and could fit a queen size in the back.

ummm i got in a big car accident in late august (just started walkin a couple weeks ago) and now my parents dont want me driving a fast car anymore. Originally they wanted me in either a big truck, or an old boat. I was trying to get a 64 caddy but that didnt work out and im not big on 4x4s so i traded the wagon for this camaro and some other stuff to a buddy of mine who blew the engine after 3 days.

So basically it's your average case of "they didn't want me to have a fast car anymore so I broke down and got a stock camaro" syndrom.

pretty much ya...basically i live under their roof so im under their rules type thing. Im more into having a loud stereo in the car than the car itself being fast anyway, and to do both is very pricey.

"except mines sporting centerlines" those wheels on there are corvette stingray wheels, they came with the car but apparently they're fairly hard to find

i think after the z is washed and waxed it will look a lot better. im also planning on getting the wheels powdercoated black, and tinting everything with 5%. Kinda going for a stealth mode approach on this one. I just got a flowmaster catback and a 3:73 posi rear end for free so im thinkin ill throw those on there and that will be it for "performance."

Awesome man, still a sweet ride.

On a side note, where did you pick up the rear end and posi? I want to get one but I can't afford to break the bank doing it.
