Do thoese covers have baffles on the pcv? Also do they have whole for the oil fill cap or do you just fill the oil up through the PCV?

These are perimeter bolt valve covers on center bolt heads. I used Trick Flow adapters to mount the old style covers to the new style heads:

baffles yes
fill thru PVC, No problem.

you guys with the tall centerbolt covers, do you have any problems with the cover hitting the terminal on the back of the alternator?

Just trimmed the alt bolt about 1/4, still probably could have gotten away with out touching it.
