1992 body graphics on a 1986

It is pretty much what the title says!! My Friend got into a dwi acident with his 1992 and wraped the *** around a tree at 50!! But anyway will the nose and side body graphics work on a 1986?? And how stupid would it look with just the rear 1986 ground effects on it with the 1992 if they fit? O ya and they are Camaros!!

Body Graphics?? If you mean Ground Effects, then yes, you should be able to swap them without a problem

I don't think that they'll match up,the pieces after the rear wheels may be a little bigger than the older style. If you notice that little lip along the bottom of the cover, you may see the edge of it with the aforementioned pieces.

Although they may be a bit bigger, I don't think it's enough for it to really make that much of a difference

Yeah you may be right but I was just pointing out that where you see that bend in the lower lip of the bumper cover it goes across to those pieces behind the wheels whereas the older pieces are more flat.

I've got the side gfx from a 92 Camaro on my 86 T/A. Looks pretty decent,

The reason i was going to do this is because i have a regular camaro nose on my car and i can't put the ground ground effects on it. It i just took the nose from the 92 will it look bad with the older style of ground effects on the car?

I think that all the noses(RS,IROC-Z&Z28) from 85-92 were the same only some noses' emblem notches had 2 holes for pegs to go through that later emblems had, mine did.

it works, if you have the 85-90 style gfx you are fine. All you need to do is drill a few new holes to bolt them up. If you have the 82-84 style, you would need a new nose.
