you should be able to go to any local automotive paint supply store and the should have color chips that you can look at. 1683 is not really that expensive.

For a daily driving 15 year old car, ICI ValuPro was good enough for me.....Basecoat/Clearcoat....it shines just like all the other base/clear systems out there...and is MUCH MUCH cheaper.....plus you can have the paint pre-mixed and shipped to your door... for my artic white it was 66 for a unreduced gallon....plus 30.20 for a gallon of reducer, i now have 2 sparyable gallons of paint for $96. plus they have an entire system for it, etch primer, epoxy primer(i used this for durability), high build primer surfacer, primer-seals, plastic primer. you have to do some reseach and contact ICI which is owned by PPG now, so call PPG and they can hook you up with a local retailer of the stuff so you can order all the parts that are not listed on the webpage i am about to give you, like flex agent(HIGH recomended for our bumper covers).

It is good paint, i was very impressed buy the quality and price....i have heard rumors that it is the same line as PPGs Omni.
