Skyline taillights
Has anyone put R32 Skyline taillights on a Camaro, or at least done a photoshop i could see? I wanna do somethin like that, and I figured that finding some like the R32s would be easier than tryin to cut my own stuff and puttin in old Vette lights or something.

No one has ever done it with the Skyline Tails. Why the R32 tails? I always liked the R34 lights. Are you talking about using the entire assembly from the R32, or just the lights from it? I'm not sure if I have any R32 pics, but I will see if I can photoshop something later.

I think the R23s are a lil calmer and less flashy than the R34s. And I plan on using the entire assembly..
Im lookin for a pic. for you, I can also take one of the rear of my car, if you need it. Thanx

I am still considering the ZR-1 style lights from Baldwin Motion for my 91' RS.

Doesn't look like a Camaro to me. No mention of Firebird what so ever, just kidd'n around there. The reason I questioned the R32 lights was because they have that square reverse light in between the brak brake/turnsignals, which always seemed odd to me.

EDIT since the system won't let me add a reply.:
You may have to cut your trunk backing plate a bit to get the lights to fit though since I believe they are a little too deep.
I got those pics from a guy locally that was selling them and he told me the dimensions but I forgot the sizes.
I was also looking into Ferrari F-40 tail lights and called up Ferrari and they gave me the price and dimensions as well. $990 for the complete four round lights.
I settled for the 91-92 style GTA Lights since it was a bolt on and affordable.

You know Zepher, as much as I agree with Jim's comment, that photoshop looks pretty darn cool. The only thing I'm not sure about is the "trans am" in between the tails. I think it would look better all black imo.

nice idea....
the car is square in design, throwing round tail lights really throws off the look of it. i like to see new and different things but it doesn't flow very well. i think they are more suited for the skyline, but it's an interesting take.
