Meguiar's Natural Shine Protectant...
Whenever I use the Meguiar's natural shine protectant product on my dash it looks great for a couple of days, but then white/dull looking streaks start to form across the dash. Any idea on what might be causing this? The spots are actually more dull in color than white.

Sounds to me like some sort of degreaser may have fallen and wiped on the dash...
So after you wipe on the shine, the degreaser beneth the shine will wear off.
Maybe if you use some simple green with water or any other good strong cleaner (nothing too harsh to damage the dash) to dissolve both the upper layer of shine and whatever is causing your problem.

Simple green simply kicks ***. That stuff works good for everything.
It sounds like someone got some sort of grease/oil on the dash, or they used a cleaner or shine perhaps that was applied too heavy in those area's and created a surface stain of some sort...It also might have stained the plastic too..
