Removing GFXs
Im removing the gfx's to paint them but I cant seem to get them off the car and dont want to break them. I have taken all the screws and bolts out of the sides but still no luck. Is there some kind of tape holding them onto the body? Also how do I remove the small parts on the door? Any tips for getting the front or back gfx off?
Thanks

I just did my today, It's a long PITA, but the benefits are worth it.
On the rocker panel you need to remove the emblem near the fender, there are two screws there. Then you will need to remove the interior plastic panel in the back where the back seat belts come through. Down in the bottom there is a stud for the GFX with an 11mm nut on it. You will need a deep socket and an extention.
Nothing really difficult with the front GFX. All 10mm bolts, all easy to find/get to, there's just a lot of them. Haven't done the back yet, but I don't think it's that difficult. There have been other, more detailed posts on this in the past, just search for "removing ground effects". If I hadn't seen those old posts, I'd still be outside trying to get the rocker panels off.
Doors are easy too, there's 3 10mm nuts inside the door (need to take door panel off, and then two nuts on the edges of the door. I just used a pair of pliers on the two edge ones, sockets and extensions for the rest.
