the billet grill?

I have to say I've recently taken an interest in the billet grill. Personally, I think they look bad ***. I was just wondering if anyone owns one, what they think about, how was the install, and general information like that. I really appreciate it. Let me know what you think about it. Thanks much.

I was considering purchasing one myself...would like to see some pics! I have only seen 1 car with the billet grill installed...looked better than the stock grill for sure!

I agree, it looks too *****. I like the Z28 grill instead. It looks meaner and it looks like it will eat small children.

I love the billet grill..... on fourth gens. What would be even cooler is using that grille mesh over the fog-light openings on the IROC grilles.

BTW, for anyone wanting to use that mesh grille stuff, don't buy the crap that APC sells. The material is EXACTLY the same as the stuff tilesetters and cement layers use. It comes in big rolls, I'm sure you could find some at a Home Depot or something similar for much cheaper.

I was looking at my buddy's truck today and was gonna post this exact same thing.

Except my question, on an 83 T/A how good/bad do you think it would look it to put the billet material in those grills in the nose?
