Ugly 3rd gen engies competition
Lets see pis of your ugly, gross looking engines.
Here is mine. Block, heads, intake are blue, valve covers are black, top of TPI is gold and you can't see it but the dist cover is black.
I would like to get my hands on the fool that did this:nono:

lock and RU-QWIK--you gouys lose. Your engines are awesome:hail:
Firebird 383--I think we maybe tied or at least
close.
Maybe I should paint my runner black....and top of TPI black and add the silver finsish valve covers...ah just a thought.

Car: 1992 Firebird
Engine: Stealth Rammed 412 with TC78 Turbo
Transmission: '93 T-56
Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt posi with PBR discs
Well, I can add to this one
Before: Quite ugly if you ask me! Stock L69 and lots of Rusty Jones gunk
After: New 350 and Rusty Jones gunk removed (w/ straight gas I might add )
I like the after better, but for ugly I definitely vote for the before

I also want that SLP intake back. I knew I shouldn't have traded it for the LT4 Hot Cam.

My engine is clean and nice looking.
It's the surrounding engine bay that is NASTY.
10 years on Guam didn't help the car a bit.
I need to yank the engine and redo the whole bay in flat black like Jim did in his.

this tube is suppose to go on a new civic, but i made her fit just right
if u aint got duct tape, u aint got performance!
btw, i didnt paint it that red color, that was done by a previous owner i think that blue color is awesome
i know it doesnt seem to have a huge amount of dirt or anything, but it is greasy!
should see the burn marks in the throttle body from backfiring too, thats a real beauty
:lala:
