I like the look on some cars. Theres a Mitsubishi around here with a wide body kit and a roof scoop. looks like a rally car and I like it. Not on a thirdgen fbody though.
and did you blend in the roof scoop with 12lbs. of bondo? You know that's gonna fall right off of there don't you? You should have made the rough shape with sheet metal of fiberglass then BLENDED it with the bondo.

Your cool scoops make me think back to that movie with a 1-2nd gen with 3rd gen pop up headlights in the roof that were speakers. Down, it was party inside, up , its party time out side.

FIREBIRD7777, what's the latest? Did you abandon the project? You're the only one who hasn't posted since it was brought back from April!

what in the tacky hell.....are you thinking....are you even thinking at all? or were you throwing darts and 100 diff options on post its stuck to the wall....Random pic mods. heh. you know ....for what its worth, why dont you just run a fan on your tranny/oil coolers and be done. i mean damn man, thats alot of work for something you wont ever use the potential of....if there evven is potential....i mean, scopps, ok...but claiming you are using roof like choops to cool your tranny fluid??? how damn hot do you get your tranny? well over 1000 dgerees? you plan on driving on the sun? or in a volcano? -SMACK-

hmm
Well I can't say that I would go through all that trouble for almost nothing, But at least you are trying to make it functional and I think it will look pretty good, atleast it will be original.. I have an idea for helping the air get through the tubing tho.. If you have air being sucked throught the pipe towards the cooler it will speed up the air thust making it more functional.. What if you put a series of fans inside the pipping(or butted pieces of pipping up to say five or six fans) By fans I mean like the fan in the back of your computer but maybe a little stonger... Those fans might not push all that much air out in the open, but in a confined space like a pvc pipe it would help dramaticly I would think.. Just a thought, maybe you can branch a thought off of that... Later and good luck...
