I've read the posts about 17x9.5's up front with Skulte's adapters..but I can't find anyone that has put 17x11 (ZR1 wheels) up front.... I want to do this for autocross/road racing.

Does anyone here (or know anyone) that has ever put 17x11's up front ? If I have to do some MINOR fender well snippage in places that aren't too visible on the exterior, that is fine, as long as it is not drastic. My car is a 1LE and I do not plan to lower it.

If you've put 17x11 up front - what size wheel adapter did you use ? I'll assume you used the GS 50mm offset 17x11 wheels??

I dont think thats possible without MAJOR modification. The widest tire that dosnt rub is a 275 ... what size tire do you plan on using?

HOPEFULLY...315/35/17 all around.

My 4th Gen Formula had 315/35/17 on 17x11 Grandsport wheels all around

Myself and 4 other people I know did the same.. (with 4th gens)

I don't think you'll be able to turn very sharp with them on a thirdgen.
I have problems with my wheels rubbing both the front and rear inner fender wells with my 17x9.5 and the 335/35/17's I tried to put on my rear where so much larger than my 17x9.5 OZ's with 275/40/17, it would be a very tight fit.
Maybe I could try it one day, have my friend bring them over again and put them on the fronts.
