Um... where did you get the idea for those rims? I posted a thread a few weeks ago saying I plan on getting them for my camaro. They're HRE 547 3-piece right? Dam, you must be rich, they cost like $6000+US for rims and rubber...

Those are different...... I don't know if the pic does them justice? I'd have to see them in person I guess. Do you ever do any shows in the Chicago Area? Like World Of Wheels?
They certainly look British.

Only thing I would do is maybe get some V6 springs. The weigh loss in the front from the LS1 makes it kinda sit high. I know you mentioned daily driver, but another 1" lower and a little bit of being careful wouldn't hurt... :hail:

I like them in the close up pic, but don't like em that much in the far away pic. Still a bad *** ride though.

The HRE wheels look very good, but I am partial to the chrome Z06 rims too. I do have to say that you have the first thirdgen I have seen with HRE wheels though...

I am sure those wheels have some type of sponsership behind them... It is nice to come across deals like that!

if not you ought to be kicking yourself seeing as how they price their wheels unbelievably higher than dealer cost. it's amazing some of the prices these companies get away with.
nice looking, but definately not quite as striking.........
what brakes are you running up front? kinda look like LS1 in the pic. also, what size where your z06 rims?

yeah, those are the same wheels with the polished finish. They're pretty popular with the C5 crowd. HRE makes another style that looks like a nice aftermarket version of the Z06 wheel, although that style may not compliment the thirdgen lines as well.

the Z06 rims and tires we already sold.
RU-QWIK.. no sponsorship.
Kandied91z.. LS1 brakes - not sure of Z06 sizes
HRE wheels/tires...
front: 17 x 9.5 tire: P265/40ZR-17
rear: 18 x 10.5 tire: P295/35ZR-18
easySPEEDcamaro... they had been on order for 6 weeks. They custom make all wheels with specific offsets.

Nice looking wheels. I've been trying to decide on wheels. I like the 545 but the Fikse FM/5 is giving it close competition in my mind. Do you remember the offset HRE put on the wheels?

Them wheels are just a little to fancy for my tastes......I love the look of the 1st design 16" IROC wheels the best.

HRE rims are very nice quality and look great. They look much better than the previous rims. I don't think I could throw down that much cash for wheels on a thirdgen.
Anyways, it looks real nice.
