Thanx, it soundED good in there, and it was a 12" W0 sub. The amps i had built into the back seat..... like so.

Since then it has been removed for weight, fact im getting new seats soon (4th gen baby) and some other misc. reasons. But i can reinstall it at will.

This thread reminds me when I first went to go look at my car. One of the first things I checked was the spare tire well looking for signs of rust. Well, the guy I bought it from (orginal owner) stood there with this dumbfounded look as I opened it up, and told me he had no idea thats where the spare tire was

I have this in that compartment,

I am going to need to find a place to put my sub since I had it in the rear hatch well and I plan on putting my bottle there.

Woah kewl, zepher is a marlboro man ...

Did you just relocate the battery back there or did you run a second for your amps. I need to relocate mine but jegs sells a kit for 80 bucks on i don't know if the weight shift is worth 80 bucks.

its the intake from the birds. its more restrictive than the tpi for the camaro. plus you have to re locate the battery

It's an SLP unit, $299. It works on Camaros as well.
It should flow better than the stock camaro TPI intake since it isn't flat. It has the same size opening for the throttlebody duct.

I used mine. I made the mistake of looking at a 25th anniversary firebird on the way out of town. While riding in my sisters's in law mothers car.. did i say that right?? when i got back i had a flat. The whole was on the side. so i had to put the spare on and go get another one. jealous car...

I also have another spare that my ex-bf gave me. so two spares.

You know that would bug the He|| out of me. I would be out there till 5 in the morning trying to figure that out. How is it just stuck? is your quarter all smashed into it or something. Just the thought of it not coming out in someone elses car bugs me. I just dont get it

I got a flat about a week after I bought the car. I was doing about 70mph. All of a sudden I hear something hitting the pass side rear fender well for a couple of seconds. It goes away and then a minute later it does it again. Then the tire goes flat.
I carefully pull over. I pull out the spare tire but there is no jack. So I call my brother up so I can use his jack from his camaro. Well, his lug wrench doesn't fit my lugs. so we sit there for 30 minutes on the side of the highway waiting for one of those Roadside Assistance Trucks to come. That was the only time I got a flat on my car.
