guess what i saw...?
believe it or not, i saw a third gen camaro police car. now at first that doesnt seem all that impressive since there were a few hundred of them build. but this one was IN SERVICE. a local small suburb of my city uses it. i havent figured out what its main purpose is yet but i was amazed. i also dont know if it is a true B4C or just a converted camaro. if anyone wants to see it, ill see if i can get a pick of it.

You must live in a city where the police department has a limited transportation fund because most departments don't like to use old equipment unless they have to.

the thing is, it may be old but it may not be very used. they just started using it this week so it may have a couple thousand miles on it for all i know. it also may just be a DARE car too. i have only seen it once and it was going the other way. i see what i can figure out.

most cops beat the heck out of their cars!! they have too
i saw a movie where one was doing a burnout for about a minute..
cops usually have to catch up with people when they caught them speeding.. like their sitting there doing radar and someone flies by them doing like 100 mph, they have to full throttle the car alot i would think to try and caught up..

Around here on I57, I see a red 4th gen (98+) all the time. It's an unmarked State Trooper so you have NO CLUE that it's a cop!!!!!!
One day I was cruisin' along and saw that red one pulled up next to another one (blue) and they were BS'n in one of those places to make a "U" turn. I'm think "Great...... that's all they need is another one."
About a week after that...... I saw a white one. Now I'm thinkin' "That's where all my frickin' tax money goes?"
