Polishing Factory Wheels

Hey all I have a set of the 16x8 Camaro RS wheels on my 89 RS. I am wanting to polish them up and make them shine however my question what can I do with the center caps. They are plastic?

Thanks

Buy new ones (if its the rims I'm thinking of) or get some plastic polish.

Where do I get new ones? Will the plastic polish make them look the same as the alum. on the wheels.

Thanks
Brian

If their the ones I'm thinkin of, you can polish them just like your rims. If you look closely, they have aluminum wrapped around the outside of the plastic. They look sweet when done. But you gotta have lots of patience. If they're the ones with chevrolet wrote around the radius of the center, then those are the ones I'm speaking of. If they aren't,....forget I wrote this.
