I definately like that. But if it were mine, I'd have to have a matching tattoo wrapped around my arm.

lol.... i'm sorry, but in that last picture i can't help, but picture the owner hanging from the limb of a branch above his drive way, just so he can get a good picture of all of it, hehe... sorry, i'm immature, anyway, i love the originality of the paint job, and i think if the owner has a similar tatoo around his arm or something, then it becomes ten times cooler. imagine if he weighs like 250lbs or pure muscle, benching around 450lbs...... watch out! lol
P.S. This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were elminated

Thanks for the compliaments guys. I still gotta lot of work todo on the stripes (like go arround the edges with a fine brush to smooth out all the tape marks) fix a few screw ups, wet sand and buff out the sum bitch
Really tho in a few years the car is gonna get repainted again. Except for I am gonna do it in pearl white for the body and chrome illusions for the stripes.

that looks really cool. Kat, what color white is the paint? I'm getting mine done really soon and that is the color I want. I wish i could think of something cool for my car. Actually, my car looks pretty cool with a white body, flat black nose and spoiler, and one flat black front ground effect. It will be all white soon though with a gold bird on the hood.

Thanks guys and I didnt design the tribals. I can draw worth a **** I just can do the manual labor. A friend of mine came up with them You can see more of his stuff at www.geocities.com/nevermorescage/dblhlx/ and you can e-mail him at nevremorescage@yahoo.com if ya want him to make something up for ya.
omnipotentgoku, Umm personally I cant stand tat's on myself on anyone else go for it. For some reason I like the way that tribals look and when J came up with the idea of putting tribal stripes on the car I kinda had todo it.. Sooo thats how it came about
junkie Heres what I did..
I taped off the whole hood, layed down a template (I didnt take a pic of if) measured it all off got it lines up, cut through the template into the tape, peeled the tape back, sprayed the black, 2 coats of clear, peeled the rest of the tape off, sprayed another heave coat of clear and thats that.

Sweet! I'm not a huge fan of graphics, but that tribal design is really nice, not too over stated.

You cut a little into the current paint, but changing blades ever 4-5 cuts is necessary in most cases to keep the blades razor sharp so you don't have to push hard to cut the tape away.
Plus its best to actually stip that space down to bare metal and then reprime and paint so its as even as possible. This isn't always possible.
I know Kat just painted over the current white because its getting redone soon and he threw some clear over the entire hood to equal it out a bit.
