I ordered a set of GR-2 KYB shocks from Justsuspension.com/KYB outlet.

Let me tell you I'm dissapointed so far. I ordered online on 3/5 and the shocks were "in stock" , free shipping, delivery in 1-2 days....but as of today, I have not received a delivery notice from Fedex on status.

I called customer service to inquired about my order and they said the shocks had to be ordered from the KYB distribution center and that could take 7-10 business days. I asked why did the order say "in stock" and delivered in 1-2 ...she said in the fine print it could take 7-10 business days even though it said "in stock".

I thought that was bad business practice saying in stock and not really in stock...It's not really a big deal, the price was right but if you expect quick delivery - try another place.

Re: Justsuspension.com

well you really should read the fine print lol a lot of places dont actually stock parts when they say they do

however qouting 1-2 days on shipping is dumb on their part, it leaves them no room for error at all

Re: Justsuspension.com

The price is good shipping takes forever though. Think I'll just order through rockauto and pay slightly more but get them in a timely fashion. Didn't realize I need to order them three weeks before I needed them........ ordered April 6th and as of today still not shipped.

Re: Justsuspension.com

Hey just a BMW guy who is having terrible problems with this company.

Same as original poster.

Say items are in stock, they are not.

delays in shipping

Then, FEDEX says package is damaged and they will not deliver it.

NOW when I call to get refund, Luke Hamby (Pres)Tel: (704) 235-0135
says " we will wait till we receive the package back from fedex and determine/process the refund"

Have 19 complaints at BBB
http://www.bbb.org/charlotte/busines...nver-nc-123595

Slick website, low prices, terrible service

STAY AWAY

Wish I had....

Ordered the same shocks from the same company...Free shipping...Had them in a week. Anything you order on line one needs to expect a week for delivery...

Re: Justsuspension.com

Just to tie up my dealing with these guys, I did receive my shocks 17 days from order date and the box was damaged during shipping. I'm just saying the advertisement is a little mis-leading, If i knew it would take over 2 weeks, I would have spent the extra 10-15 bucks with another retailer and get prompt service.

Based on my experience and the complaints with the BBB, I would stay away from these guys. ....
