I had Ed Wright burn me a custom PROM for my 89 Bird and it works great. He seemed to have the lowest price for this and offered to help me over the phone when I had a couple issues (not relating to his chip) initially getting my car to run after my intake upgrade. I think I called Ed about 10 times trying to track down a gremlin and he dutifully offered advice and troubleshooting hints.
I can't thank him enough for this. He does good work and is very patient with this rookie hobbyist.

Re: FastChip
The $350 if for new customers. I apoligize, I forgot to mention that my price was for a reburn. If you already have a FC, he will reburn for $150. I didn't mean to mislead anyone.
Try PCMFORLESS, they do the memory adapter thing for $200 + shipping for NEW customers.
If you want to order from FC, he has an order sheet that you list all your pertinent mods on and he burns from that info. PCM4L has an order sheet like that too.

Re: FastChip
I tried him in the past. Both his off the shelf chip and custom was horrible. + Shipping at that time was a rip. Ended up going to LSRacingchips.com and got alot more value at a 1/3 of the cost.

Re: FastChip
Ehh I called up Jamy tongiht (Close friend) Apparently he is getting out of the business. Hes been swamped with chip burning, his "real job" and dyno tuning at the speedshop. From now on, I would contact AkronHorsepower.com to get ahold of him. He's working out of that place.
