TPI Parts

I just order a bunch of parts from TPIPARTS.NET and I must say that their service is excellent, and they shipped everything by USPS Priority Mail. I received everything within 3 days of placing my order.

If TPIPARTS has the part you are looking for, definately order from them. I know I will!!!

Re: TPI Parts

I've dealt with them several times. Their shipping and service are second to none! In fact, Angel is the owner, and he's personally answered all my emails within a few hours whenever I have a question about something. Highly recommend!

Re: TPI Parts

I put in 3 orders in the last few weeks, and Angel took all three calls and placed all three of my orders. He's a very firendly guy.

Top Notch service

Re: TPI Parts

Yes, excellent service indeed. On a side note, a low-temp fan switch that I purchased from them only lasted two weeks. Oh well.

Re: TPI Parts

I ordered one of their data cables and it works great, fast shipping. No complaint on that at all.

But, I sent them an email about a part and NEVER received a reply. Since they didn't answer my question on the small $85 part I needed, I bought my Vortec TPI manifold somewhere else.

Re: TPI Parts

If they get as much Spam emails as I do at work, it ruins my ability to use email as a viable communications system. I know I wind up dumping good emails, I get people on the phone all the time telling me they sent them, but I get about 1000 emails a day, most of them junk. The other thing is that many of the legitimate email questions and price quotes I do respond to never become a sale, they just keep responding with another email with more questions, and another, and another, then never buy anything. They seem to just be "window shopping" or "hobbying" at their computer during the evening, and have no respect for my time.

If you really have a question, you need to call on the phone. If you expect a commitment of a businesses time and resources, make one yourself. Emails to businesses are not going to get much of a response any more. The abuses of some have ruined it for the rest of us.

Re: TPI Parts

I wasn't "window shopping" nor "hobbying", and had previously spent money with this business. I ran a biz for 14 years and I understand about emails. That's why I had a full time person for that part of my business. Emails just come with the territory. Part of life now days.

The part I emailed about had a number of technical questions and specs included. Something that would be difficult to convey over the phone, much easier to have a hard copy of the specs to refer to.

This thread is about experiences with a certain vendor. I posted my experience and will continue to do so to help others like I've been helped by reading this forum.

Re: TPI Parts

Has anybody else here tried tpi parts low temp fan switch?
A friend tried one and said it worked great.

I ordered one and got it in two days!

I just installed it last night and it works perfectly,Now my temp gauge stays at or below the first quarter mark!
