J S Performance and Spohn's Sub Frame connectors
A couple of days ago, I had J S Performance in PA install Spohn's unpainted sub frame connectors (SFCs) in my 1991 GTA. The shop also painted the floorplans and the newly installed SFCs with POR 15.
Josh at J S is very professional and helpful. He went the extra mile to ensure the job was completed properly. My car was ready in a couple of days, and I felt the price for the labor was very reasonable.

As soon as I backed the car out of the lot, I could feel the difference. Most of the squeaks and rattles were gone, and my doors closed much more easily. I know this has been said before, but SFCs are a must have for a Third Gen!
Spohn SFCs
Spohn Performance, Inc.
Thanks,
Bill

Hey good looking car! Just out of curiousity... does this shop do work on f-body cars often?? Did they weld the connectors tot he floor as well as the pinch seam? And lastly...what kind of lift did they use? A drive on or one that lets the wheels hang down?
My connectors are already welded on...but only to the pinch. I wouldnt mind taking them to a place that knows what they are doing and have him make them alittle stronger.
Thanks!
Justin

Justin,
The shop owner has a red 3rd gen formula, so he knows what he's doing. That's why I drove 2 hours to PA instead of going to a local speed shop. His screen name on here is FORMULA355TPI.
I'd look under the car to let you know how they're installed, but it has been raining the past 3 days, so my birdy isn't coming out of the garage yet.
I think that the lift allowed the wheels to hang down, but don't quote me on that.
Hope that helps,
Bill
