experiences with gmpartsdirect.com
I ordered a part for my car off gmpartsdirect.com on feb.24 And they still havent even takent the money out of my account yet, i starting to get very agrivated. Has anyone ever had these problem out of them? I have emailed them twice and i do not get any response

If its a special order part it takes time and at least you didn't pay for it yet. If you can't wait. than pay top dollars and get it locally.

Yep....special order items take a little while to get. They won't take the money out of your account until it is ready to be shipped to you. If you want to verify this, kust e-mail them...they will let you know what is going on. I have ordered there a number of times and not had any problems, although one item took a bit to get, cuz it was special order.

Why complain about gmpartsdirect, no one told you to buy there.
Even with the shipping charges and sometimes the wait they still beat other on-line stores, the Dealers and local parts places( if they have anything you want) on price & its a GM part..

Bought quite a bit a few weeks ago. No charges until ALL parts were ready to ship. Shipping took a week to the west coast. Only one problem noted... Ordered four of one part and received one. An email was sent with a reply received the next day. The other three parts were delivered four days later. Overall, including handling charges , I would rate them OUTSTANDING. Some of the parts I ordered were half price of GM list and were not available anywhere else (rear window molding that attaches the window to the hinges and they are EXPENSIVE).
