Classic industries

I went to a GM dealer today to try to buy some connectors and plugs and electrical components for my 86 iroc. The guy did not even look , just gave me this name: Classic Industries. I looked them up and they are pretty expensive , but they do have a lot of stuff for camaros all the way back to 67.

electrical parts can be purchased by mouser.com produced by delphi and packard electronics. You can replace connector ends bye un pinning with a lisle 14900 tool and even get goos used outer connecters from many vehicles in the junk yard.

Re: Classic industries

hey thanks man. I found an 85 camaro at a junkyard. unfortunately all wiring was already gone . I was shocked to see the back hatch with good glass still there. That was about all that was left though. 27, 28 years old I guess I can understand lol You know I went around to every car that was close in year made by GM. I did not find one , with wires and connectors still there, that matched. Maby I was mistaken on what year I thought they were also. trucks had been mostly stripped also. Thanks again for giving me that info.

Re: Classic industries

If I remember correctly, I think TPI Parts sells a bunch of different harness plugs. You might want to check on their website and see if they have the ones you're looking for.
