ATI claims it puts stock L98 F-bodies into the 11s. Judging by what I've seen, I wouldnt doubt it.
Their 9lb intercooled kit would put you in high 12 territory. And yes, your bottom end would handle it.

Cold air ind. w/K&N, SLP airfoil, ported/polished plenum, March pulleys, TB coolant bypass,Crane AFPR(43psi),Crane Gold 1.6rrs,MSD coil,MSD6AL, Holley 9mm wires, fastchip, Bosch O2sensor, SLP headers & catback, short shifter,3:73s w/Auburn posi,160* t-stat,JET 195* fan switch, Macewen white face gauges, Autometer gauges, Zoom hi-performance clutch.

I also see you have an accel manifold and SLP cam. You may see less than 9lbs of boost with the accel manifold.
As for the SLP cam, I'm not sure that is a cam you want to be using with a blower.

Car: GTA -89
Engine: Blown 415"
Transmission: 4L80E
Axle/Gears: Strange 12-bolt
For what I've read: They deliver raw power and your stock bottom will handle it for a while, so start saving up for a rebuild. The only problem I know about is slipping belt.
