YearOne headliner material prices?

I have a yearone catalog for 82-02 camaros, and I was looking for the headliner fabric(they are the only ones that have flame red AFAIK) and it showed a price of $49.95. I went on the website to buy it, and it showed a price of $99.95! I know tha catalog is only about a year or two old, but still! A price difference of $50 is a lot. COnsidering all of the other places that sell headliner fabric are a lot closer to the $49.95 mark. I emailed them about it, and I'm waiting for a reply. I under stand prices change, but not that much!

Anybody ever find any flame red headliner material anywhere else?

Re: YearOne headliner material prices?

Alright, I just got an email back and they said that the price really did go up. That's ridiculous! MAybe a price increase of $10 but not $50!

My question still stands though...

I'vealready conteacted Tony about the carmine sample a while ago. That seems ot be the closest match, so I've decided to go with that. I already asked him this though, but never got a reply. Does it come with enough material to cover the sun visors and the sailpanels too?

Re: YearOne headliner material prices?

Because it is cheaper...and I don't like things done for me unless it is over my head.

Re: YearOne headliner material prices?

Have someone local do it if you can. Had my hardtop done in 2007 at an upholstery shop for a grand total of $75.00. That included the material, install and sunvisors. I just couldn't beat it.

Re: YearOne headliner material prices?

Hey dan, any idea how long it would take for it to get to my house in 02072 if I ordered it two days ago? I know it says"Made to order" on the website,so how long does that take?

since its just the material, probably about 1-2 weeks. not as labor intensive as the complete tops on the supplier's end.
