Aeromotive Fuel Systems/Sump tank

Anyone have an Aeromotive fuel system and/or sump tank installed? I am looking at getting a complete fuel system with a sump tank for my LT1 swap. I plan to do what they did here:

... run a parallel fuel setup. I just wanted some thoughts on the quality of their system/products. After speaking with the tech rep for a while I am just about to buy everything I need so let me know what you guys think.

Re: Aeromotive Fuel Systems/Sump tank

I'm in the middle of installing an aeromotive A1000 to run my 355 twin turbo. Everything I've ever heard about aeromotive has been great, plus I've seen them in multiple street driven, High HP cars without any problems. Expensive but you get what you pay for, high quality.

Cool, thats the same system I am looking at running. Are you getting the lines/fittings tested to handle a certain pressure or is it pretty reliable to connect the lines to the fittings without them leaking? Got any pictures of the install?

Re: Aeromotive Fuel Systems/Sump tank

I'm just using an aeromotive A1000 pump, and an aeromotive bypass regulator not a complete system. I had sump welded to my tank, and I'm using braided SS lines for the feed and the return, so it's a completely custom setup. I'm not really planning on getting it pressure tested since I'm not reusing any stock components. I don't have any pics of the install yet though it's still in the works.
