Has anyone had problems with a Carter Street pump and running rich?

I just put on a Carter street pump rated at 6psi and now I may be running rich? Granted the car runs great, but last night I couldn't start my car and it appeared my carb was flooded. My only concern (because others run this pump and love it) is that my stock pump had a little return port (1 in, 1 to carb, and 1 to return line) while this carb only has ports for line from tank and line to carb.

Any one else have issues with this carb?

Never had a rich problem with mine
and 6psi is a bit high for a Qjet and I still didn't have the problem
my biggest concern was always vapor lock
a big vacuum on that fuel running next to the headers. but it never seemed to happen

good luck with it.
if it seems to be flooding lower the float level in the carb or put a pressure regulator on it
