To answer you question I have no idea where to get one.

Now I have a question, how could that work unless the car had solid motor mounts? The motor will move under torque and the radiator does not. What keeps it from leaking or breaking?

In Jegs latest catalog on pg. 192 you will find stainless steel radiator hose kits. The are made by WYSCO Products. They feature rubber sleeves at the ends and stainless cover clamps so it looks like the whole this is one piece. Maybe this is what you saw?

Or you could go to AutoZone or Pep Boys and for $40 they sell a kit with this material that slides over your hoses, and covers that go over your hose clamps...it looks a lot like the real thing.

IT IS NOT steel braided hoses. it is a chrome one. it is tight...it looks like those k&n cold air kits...and like the air elements ricers use....chrome.

And instead of acting like a mustang or *****, you can spend your money on parts that actually make your car go faster.
