Comp 943 vs. Comp 954 vs. Edelbrock Springs

I'm building up a SBC that will see about 85% drag strip use and 15% street use, 6800 max RPM. The heads will be either Edelbrock Victor Jr. or Dart Pro 1 215's. The cam will be a solid roller with around 630-645 lift. My question regards the Comp Cams 943 Pacaloy valve springs, the Comp Cams 954 valve springs, and the Edelbrock-supplied roller valve springs. Does anyone have expierience with any of these springs?

What Vic Jr head, they have heads with 3 different spring setups.

What part number are you looking at?

It is always best to run the spring recomended for the cam, unless the spring on the head is damn close.

Edelbrock P/N 77599 assembled with springs for roller cams, which will handle .670 lift, I think. The specs on each spring are as follows

Edelbrock
Seat Pressure 210lbs.
Open Pressure 490lbs.
Installed height 1.900in.
Coil Bind 1.170in.
Max. Lift 0.650 or 0.670 (need some clarification)

Comp 943
Seat Pressure 240lbs.
Open Pressure 598lbs @ 1.250in.
Installed height 1.900in
Coil Bind 1.150in.
Max. Lift 0.650

Comp 954
Seat Pressure 223lbs.
Open Pressure 597lbs.
Installed Height 1.900in.
Coil Bind 1.170in
Max Lift 0.650

The two cams I was looking at:

Lunati 0.626/0.626
255/263@50
They recommended 180-190lbs seat pressure and ~500lbs open

Comp 0.630/0.645
260/264@50
They recommended the Comp 943 springs.
If I buy the Edelbrock heads, I'll be stuck with the Edelbrock springs, which would come close to satisfying the Lunati cam requirements. Also, the Edelbrock springs are shown as good to 8000rpm, but as stated before, the motor would never see over 6800 rpm. The comp recommendation seems like a lot of seat pressure compared to other cam manufacturers I have talked to. I'm questioning spring lift, as well as the life of other valve train components, plus the compatibility of all of the above products.
