Our hoods are made by order date. They are shipped by order date so if you ordered on the 17th, your estimated time arrival to your door would be 4 ½ to 5 weeks. Sorry about the delays.

I just received an email from the good folks at Ram Air Hoods. Now they are telling me I owe them a balance of $13!!! What the funk!!! I get so pissed off when people change deals while they are in progress...

I paid the mudderfukers with a credit card, now, 2 weeks later they decide they need more money!!! Yeah, only $13, but its the principle of the whole thing. I am going to call them tomorrow and if I don't like what I hear, I just may cancel my order!!! That is how pissed off I am right now. Over a lowsy $13. Hell I spend more than that on crack on a daily basis!!! BTW, that last part was a joke...

any news on the stickers/team name ect? i hope so, i looked ok stomping my friends brothers mustang GT(though he could beat me) tonight, i want to look awsome next time!!! especially running stock manifolds on my 400 with edelbrock heads ect. i have some slp 1 3/4 comming should be here tomorrow or maybe friday the latest. ill have sound and looks and speed yeah baby!!!! If you are already a "verified" PayPal member....the proceedure is very simple. Go to http://powerhoods.com fill in all the basic ordering information, including coupon...and add a note that "this is the balance owed on your purchase". When PayPal deducts your bank account the appropriate sum and sends the money to the account, with your note attached, everthing should be fine.

And, if you want to email Crystal, who handles the PayPal transactions, her address is also given on this "PayPal" oriented site. crystal@aol.com

My latch/catch just broke on the '88. Deciding whether to run around to the local junkyards to find a used one, or maybe I'll consider pin-locks or whatever else may be avaiable other than the original latch/striker setup. Drillable or no, on a OEM formed plastic hood???

I am going to use the hood pins. I like the ones that Summit sells that fit kinda flush with the locks in them. THey look pretty slick!!!

I'm in the same boat as 87CIZ, my 88 won't be done for a long time no matter what. I just wish they didn't charge us for the hood before they ship them. Thats kind of fishy.

My $$$ was deposited in the "hood account" on 3/15...think you were right ahead of me then....seems like you're way ahead of me now.

i paid for my hood either the same day or day after it ended, and i e-mailed them like 3-4 times and i think thats why i got fast service, its going to my uncles business and he called telling me the stuff is there. but about the bumper cover being ripped, it is ripped, in the center if you noticed there is a peice missing and its ripped pretty good. and the spot closer to the drivers side has a peice almost broke all the way off on the right side of the headlight bucket near the hood. thats why tons of deer hair was. i called a local junk yard tho and they want 125 for a perfect front bumper cover and fender. the fender doesnt look bad, but when you get up close, its pretty mangled. thanks for your guys's support, and gals. thank go d there is a delay in the hood if i would have had it on and painted i would have been pissed! lol anyways, maybe im going to get my hood first! they said they receive the hood based on when they paid! lol. yeah baby!

if you were closer TPI i already have that stuff off! trying to clean up the yard!! starting to look like a southern ******* around here. have more cars than people living here(only me the wife and kid). scarey sight!! at least for me this is all working out. changing rear axle assemblies and nothing is going well. at least *** made oxegen and acytlene!!! and new bushings and bolts.

AJB---what else do u have layin around? a straight IROC shell? I'm lokin for one of those...
