are these air foils a joke or are they for reel i know they decrease turbulence but a 10-15 hp gain sounds like a bit much

Yes, the air foils do work... maybe not 10-15 hp, but you will notice a little something. Smoother acceleration, better throttle response, etc... you can pick them up on e-Bay for a pretty good deal.

Yes, the air foils do really work. I don't know horespwer wise what they give you but I noticed a decent amount of throttle response improvement.
