which muffler would you recommend? I am thinking about aerochambers, borla turbos, or borla XR1 race mufflers (maybe, if they are not too loud). Any other suggestions?

I want the best muffler in terms of flow, sound, and durability. Cost is important, but I would rather get a good product than a cheap one.

 

I have the whole Hooker cat-back, and it's awesome. Sounds great, there is a soundclip of it on the exhuast board, but I'm not sure which post.

I have the Hooker system as well. It sounds great and looks good. Look around for that clip...it sounds pretty mean!

Gonna have to agree. The Aerochamber mufflers rule. They are nice and quiet at idle, and cruise roms. They do not resonate like those Flowmasters, but they make a great sound when you hammer on it.

 

I too agree with everyone.I switched from flowmasters to aerochambers because everyone and their momma is using flowmasters.These sound so much better and are a better quality muffler if you ask me.
