I got a set of AFR 180's (190's are discontinued) and I am getting the LPE 219/219 cam. What spring's did you use for your cam. Anyone with info on this, feel free to help!!

The springs from LPE have a 140 closed pressure and 400-440 open pressure. Look them up on the LPE website.

Get the "upgraded" AFR springs if you still can. They'll allow you use 1.6 rockers w/ the LPE 219. I have the standard AFR springs and 1.5 rr's.

If it's too late to order them from AFR, check out the LPE's.

Thank's guy's, if I get the LPE spring's, do I need to change the retainer's, lock's ect... or will the new spring's work in the AFR's?(not sure if you can answer this for me) if I have to buy all that stuff, I will run 1.5's for a while. It is too late to call AFR for sure!!

So the 987's drop in without needing anything? Sorry Acceld, I know I have already gone over this with you, but I don't remember if I can reuse all of the AFR hardware.
