Nice....How much?
I think Sears had a nice ball bearing chest at half off. I think it was going for 499.00, and it's one of those black pro ones.
Boy - why do these deals always come when I'm broke!!!

$137.95...but I got it on base at the Base Exchange so there was no tax...Already have a smaller ball bearing tool chest to go along with them...Now all I need to get is the 94 piece Auto Specialty Mechanics Tool Set $499.99, and maybe a tap & dye set $199.99...Man I love Craftsman tools!!

Cool, I'll have to scream at mother dearest to get me a set at the BX! (I lost my dependency when I turned 23!!! This was a while ago)

Wait till you get into the torque wrenches!!! I have two dial torque wrenches (75inP, & 50FP) that I just love. They cost me about 150 a piece, but man they are accurate as hell. I currently have my eye on the 100FP dial one with a buzzer. Looks to be around 250 buck’s – OUCH...

yeah...I know about Craftsman Torque wrenches...I am a Metrologist and I calibrate anything that takes quantitative measurements, to include torque wrenches, dial indicators, pressure guages, micrometers, dial calipers...basically all the things you use to build an engine with, I calibrate. I am not bragging or anything, just letting you guys know that craftsman has very good torque wrenches.

Oh yea, I was ask the question not long ago about how humans evolved so quickly for the 1800's to the present. The simple answer was better tools!!! Period.
Everything from microprocessors to weather satellites !!!
In fact this message to the board, is being sent 45,000 miles+ via microwave transmitter aimed at Galaxy 4R satellite on my roof...(Tools, you've got to love them)

BTW: my two torque wrenches are a CSI & a JetCO sorry about that, but hell there nice non the less.

Watch for the after Thanksgivings Day sale. I picked up a 251 piece tool set for 149.99 last year that was regularly 299.99.

The Craftsman mechanics gloves I use were on sale a couple of weeks ago for $11 off at $8.99. I picked up 3 pairs. I also got a free shipping rebate coupon. When I finished the transaction online up popped a $5 off a "future purchase" coupon which I used the following Saturday in a local store.
