Has anybody used Holley's 9MM Annihilator spark plug wires? If so, what did you think / how did they do?

Got them in my GTA and really there is not much difference in power from other good quality wires. I bought them because the ones that I had were not sealing around the plug very well. The boots on these fit very snug around the ceramic and hold very good around the headers. The set came with all the different lenght cables and with both angle and straight boots.
The only thing is that the boot clips hold so tight to the plug that if not carefull you will pull the boot apart from the wire. This is a pain specially when changing the #6 and #8 plugs. Pulling the boots off the plugs is just very hard.
The other thing is that you will have a hard time finding separators for this thickness of wire. I have routed them carefully so they are not touching each other since I haven't bought the separators yet.
In general I would say they are very good wires. IMHO

wut is the resistence of them? Crane makes a good wire set called FireWire, only like 400 OHMS per foot, for about $40 or so for the set.

edit: only $37.38 for a set, not bad compared to thats about the same price you'd pay for Bosch..

My wires just came in and they are reading 50 OHMS per foot.

for all of you out there and Ozzy, here is a extremely cheap but very effective way to hold your wires without any interference and they look pretty good.
First go get a bunch of what ever colored wire ties you like. you will need the standard size (aprox 6" in length) and the reall small ones that are narrower (about 3-4" in length)
take one of the standard "larger" wire ties and wrap all the wires together pull the wire tie together, but DONT pull it tight. Now take one wire off to the side and take one of the smaller zip ties and wrap it around the large one, now you should have one wire eliminated from the rest and the zip tie gives the spacing for it, continue till all the wires are seperated, tighten the zip ties till the wires lay flat along side each other, do this in 2-3 places and it keeps it clean. and if you leave the head for the zip ties on the bottom, you cant really tell what they are unless you look close. This works great when making the custom wires and I have the russel wire holders for the center bolt valve covers.

For the wires I got, it was about $70.00. This was the 9MM custom fit race wires (93 C1500.)

Will those 93 c1500 wires fit a thirdgen correctly? Where did you get them? THanks Derrick

Some of the wires are just a little long. But they should fit a thirdgen without many problems. Besides, all things considered, I am basically running a thirdgen motor in my truck.

The only issue might be the wire for the coil(small dia HEI unit).
