hey, i need some help with putting on my headers and getting these dang manifolds off. i dont know exactly what all i should get. i want as little backflow as possible and with a budget. not sure if i should run straight dual exhaust or run it through a Y pipe and open up to 3" tail pipe. also need to know about the emision pipes and what i need to do, suggestions on a high flowing cat converter and suggestions on flowmaster vs glasspacks

You may want to post this on the exhaust board. A good high flow cat is a CarSound cat. www.car-sound.com; If you are looking for a high flow system stay away from Flowmaster. That is the most restrictive aftermarket mufflers that I have dyno'ed.

i looked at that car-sound.com and at magnaflow performance exhaust and i cannot find anything for Chevys, its all for imports and a few domestics like ford. nothing on chevys

yea im not really interested in they're magnaflow mufflers, more interested in there Catalytic converts. not sure which to get?? im ganna run it from a y pipe into a sing muffler 2 1/2, should i open my exhaust up to 3? i have it runnin 2 1/2 with these manifolds. when i put mny headers on should i buy a new 3" muffler ends and piping or?? where can i find those magnaflow/car-sound catalytic converters, thanks
