Stainless Braided Hose - Aeroquip vs. Earl's
I've tried both Aeroquip AQP hose and fittings, and Earl's Auto-Flex hose with Auto-Fit fittings. It seems like the Earl's fittings are a little easier to install on the hose. Does anyone else have any opinions on ease-of-use or durability or anything else?

I've heard they're both great. I don't have the money for either but I haven't heard anybody say one is better than the other.

I thought they were expensive too until I watched my father-in-law use Aeroquip TFE for everything in an Austin Mini he built.

i use aeroquip and have had good luck with it. i buy mine with the ends crimped at an industrial supplier, about 1/2 price of the do it your self kind.
