76 Corvette buy? or no?

Hey guys I was wondering about something. I live in San Francisco and was looking for a corvette my friend knows this old lady selling hers for $12g its a 76 Burgundy Vette he told me it has 15,000 original miles and she is the original owner. Shes old and cant drive no more cuz she got hurt. Anyways it has been garaged since and she is now looking to sell it. Should I buy at $12g? and what would this car be worth regularly with these same specifics.

Car: '84 Berlinetta
Engine: ZZ4
Transmission: BT0D stage 3 w/22oo
Axle/Gears: 3.23 posi disc
If I had 12 g lying around, I would buy it in a heart beat (even if I had to kill for the cash.....j/k_) Thats a good buy. If it only has 15 k on it and is in good condition, she could get around 17-20 K for it. Get it and thank her kindly.

Verify the mileage, then buy it. Any Corvette with only 15k on the clock should get more than that. Even if you decided you didn't like the car, you should be able to turn a profit.
