edelbrock TES headers and Moroso oil pan problems

Alright, I'm about to go yell at someones tech department but I need to know who to yell at. I went to install my edelbrock TES headers in my camaro when I notcied that the drievers side exit points right into the kicked out sump of my oil pan. Now why won't they clear? I can't imagine that moroso would design a pan that doesn't work with headers and if they did not worn the consumers, or on the other hand edelbrock would design headers in such a way that you can't use anything but the stock pan?!?! WTF, this is going to hold me up big time getting my engine back in not to mention the fact that I have to replace a set of $550 headers (JUST had them aluminized) or a $175 oil pan. Now who would you guys yell at? also any advice you guys might have would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks,

Jim

Alright I just got off the phone with everyone involved. Moroso said that it doesn't clear headers and they make another pan (#20182) that clears headers. Well whats the point of making a pan the doesn't clear exaust's?
