Personally I'd go with Nitto or Kumho. Probably Nitto.... But then don't listen to me, I've never had any of them

I thought about all of them a couple of months back. I ended up goin with some BFG G-force TA KDW. I love them. They hook good in rain or shine. I love em. I'm gonna order some for the front in 225/50/16 (already have 245/50/16 in the back). I've heard good things of the Kumho. My friend has Ziex ZE 502 on his 11 sec SS when he hydroplaned into a telephone pole (bye bye SS, hello 10 sec 35th Anniv SS). A friend who has a SS Impala has the Nitto and he said they don't hook that great. Another friend had the BFG's and he loved em, that's why I went with those. Hope this helps.

Is that for all four? I just paid $360 for the ones on the back of my stang, (275-40-17) the drag radials. They hook fu&$in' awesome though.

I have the 245 50 16 Kumhos and they don't hook as well as when I had 235 55 15s in the BFGs. I'm not too happy with anything but the price on the Kumhos. I didn't know I could get Nittos for the same price, or I would have gone with them.

I have the BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KDW and they grip so good. They grab as well as the drag radials I used to have. Damned good tire for the $ spent.

I have the Falkens on my 92 RS.
(245's front, 255's rear)
I like them. They seem to grip well in wet or dry and they look good. They're holding up pretty well to the occasional burnout as well, and they seem more quiet than the older design Falkens.

if its all about price either the yoks intermidiates in 245/45 or the kumho 711 (not 712) in 245/50 both about $60 each so about $240-250 shipped for all 4.
otherwise bfg g-force or the new avs from yok. check em out at tirerack. the new avs is still pretty cheap at $100 each.

I have had both Yoko Intermediates and A520's. They are great but the wear is horrible. Check out the wear numbers on them, it's like 120-180. Despite that, they were great tires. I have also had a set of Falkens and thought they were a good mix of price and durability. I will probably go with the Falken 502's on my next tire purchase.

I went with the Kumho ECSTA Supra 712's and I got the 255/50/ZR16's at www.tirerack.com for 93.00 a piece. And I love them. I got 2.1-2.2 60ft. times with the tires at 26psi.

Bridgestone Potenza re730's. I autocross with these as well as drive to work everyday, and they are the best tires I EVER had on a car. I'm within a second or two of the guys in my class using race tires.
