Nice car, very clean. I just bought an IROC last week... I'm not an expert by any means, but your price would have to be about half what you're asking to get my consideration. Just my opinion..

i also agree...i do't know too many people that would pay 15k for that car...without very many mods to it if at that...it's a good looking car..but talk into your friend going down to 6000-8500 at the most...

A: driven to the point of spontaneous explosion.
B: modded to all hell and back.
C: hacked apart and wrecked and improperly rebuilt.
GOOD example of the car OP, I wish your friend luck w/his sale, but w/the economy the way it is right now I think he'll either end up holding on to it for a while or end up taking way less than the car is worth if he NEEDS to get rid of it.

Very nice ! You really dont see to many 82-84 that clean. If I had money I would buy it. It may take a while to sell, but it will. It will take the right person for a car like that.

I have the same car, except dark blue, 5 spd, no t-tops and only 16K miles. What I've seen on other sites, cc trader & auction sites, cars with the extremely low mileage will sell between 10-15k. I agree with some of the past comments that it will sell, but will need the right buyer.
Good luck!

Its a beautiful car but the going rate at action for low milage 80's camaros are in the 5to8 thousand range for just such condition as this one . I know your freind has put alot of hard work and lots of time and he's done a great job but I dont see him getting that kind of money. if it were mine in that kind of shape and you had the room of coarse , I would invest in one of those plastic bubbles for classic cars and store it for a few more years. then he most likly get the kind of cash the first year camaros are going for these day. just my opinion thuo.

well if you find a first gen camaro with these miles in this shape be sure imm the very first one you tell so i can go cash that guy off, that was a stupid camparison not even in the same class a first gen in this shape would bring in the 30 to 50k range.

before you jump calling somthing stupid you should learn to read. I never compared this to a first gen. it was my opinion that he'll not get that much for this car in todays economy and that if he could store it and keep it in the condition its in now, it would be worth a lot more at a later date like the first gens are today . I never said anything about a comparision with this car to a first gen.

Re: 1984 z28HO like new 15,000$ must see
I just bought a 1991 Z28 convertible, 37,000 original miles, clean title, never recked. Great shape. Needs new paint. Stored in a garage the last 10 years. $5000! Now I got a great deal. The Z28 is very nice. I would agree that it is unlikely, especially being a early 80's model (decreased HP, and other differences) as compared to the later model IROC's, etc... that it will command that much, but all it takes is one buyer who covets that car. I think that if he puts it back in the garage for another 10 years or at least until the economy turns around your friend may get his asking price.

You should look alittle harder, Anyone can tell its not running-lokk at the volts gauge!. Sweet car, i have been in the concourse restoration business for years. Your car is beautiful. I would ask the same price but be will ing to accept something a few thousand less. Someone will pay for a clean car like this. Good luck, wish I had some cash.

he said he would come down on price but you will have to talk to him about how much.and if i had the money it would be mine, but caint afford any more right now.if buyer is serious he might lower the price a couple thousand, don't know.
