Introducing: ProCharger LSX Kits for Thirdgens!
I also posted this in the Power Adder forum:
TGO community,
Just wanted to introduce something I've been working on for some time now. I've been a member for a decade under another name (GofasterFirebird) and recently became a sponsor in which to offer these brackets and kits.
Long story short, I decided to build this for my car and since it worked out so well, I made a bunch of them. I'd be happy to answer any questions and talk anyone through ProCharging their LSX Thirdgen.
Please check out my website and feel free to call or email:

Re: Introducing: ProCharger LSX Kits for Thirdgens!
I looked heavily into using the regular 4th generation accessories with a ProCharged Thirdgen setup. Overall, there is no great location to bolt the bracket to that would be very robust when using 4th generation accessory brackets. Reference the bendy 4th generation F-Car ProCharger bracket. So, this kit requires relocation of the power steering (lower) and the alternator (to passenger side) using accessory brackets from ProCharger.
It is compatible with AC and with or without power steering. I'll get accessory prices on IndianaMuscleCar.com this weekend. Overall they are not that expensive and you can recover cost for your 4th accessories.

I'm pretty interested in this seeing how I picked up a GM LSx block last month and it would make for a interesting combo. It would be great if you could shoot me a pm on a price for a kit.

Re: Introducing: ProCharger LSX Kits for Thirdgens!
Everything looks great. But I have a few questions...with the procharger LSX transplant bracket, is there hood/fender clearance issues? This bracket looks similar to the transplant one. Also, why is your intercooler piping kit so pricey?
If you could PM me a price for the bracket with 12 rib tensioner, crank pulley, belt, and intercooler I would appreciate it. No powdercoatings.

Re: Introducing: ProCharger LSX Kits for Thirdgens!
ZERO clearance issues with the hood or fender up to ProCharger F-1R/C head units. The entire reason I started this is I HAD to have a ProCharged LSX and refused to cut the hood. I tried the LSX transplant bracket (and C5, GTO) and they do not fit.
I think most people will use a D-1SC but I designed it to leave some 'future proof' room for additional power. The F-1R/C units fit snug while the D-1SC has alot of room.

An F2 sure be done. I believe that some fender or hood mods may be required if stock style radiator and etc are used.
But if there is a market for it, I'd build it. But, the F-1R I have is barely turning and making some very nice passes. I'd imagine that will satisfy most people.

Wow, looking very clean! I see you're taking advantage of an alternative clocking position. Love it.
We're working hard on DEwayne's car too. I appreciate the props.
Email me on the ProCharger brackets. I can offer some nice pricing right now. justin.may@indianamusclecar.com

Re: Introducing: ProCharger LSX Kits for Thirdgens!
Justin - any thoughts on an LTx procharger bracket? I am planning to put in a D1SC for my LTx in 92 z28 but cannot find anything anywhere on a bracket to make this work. Procharger has nothing, and are even less help than i thought, they wont even give me a bolt pattern template for the D1SC to make a custom bracket or to see where i could even fit the procharger.
thoughts/help would be appreciated. even if you had a drawing or something with the bolt pattern and clearance i'd need for a D1SC that would be great!

looks awesome! if possible could you PM me some more detailed pics of the routing? I'd like to get some inspiration for my upcoming build if possible and would love to see how you routed the inter-cooler piping. Also, what kind of flow rating does your intercooler have?

Looking good. Gonna put down some serious power. Hope you have a 9 inch back there!!!
Our piping kits do not require any cutting/removal of the battery trays though. Just slips through the holes in the fender.

the shop where my car is at keeps putting other cars ahead of mine, getting quite frustrating since i haven't had my car for about 6 months. i hope they can have it done soon. i know they are rated a really good shop, its just bummer.
I have a strange 12 bolt rear with a moser girdle.

A/C is fully compatible using a 4th compressor. That's one of the design inputs we wanted to maintain.
rock861261,
Are you speaking of a 1998-2000 style EGR? I see no reason that wouldn't work but why not switch to an LS6 style intake?
90-irocdx3,
Looks like it is coming out very nice. I love how the rollbar looks on the ragtop car. I can see some nice, quality TIG welds on your aluminum so it is clear they know what they are doing.

Re: Introducing: ProCharger LSX Kits for Thirdgens!
Hey Justin,
Have you guys figured out kit pricing yet? Interested in a 12 rib setup for an F1R for next spring.
Back yard landscaping should be done by then and wife will owe me... lol.
