Will this LT1 Air Intake Elbow for my TPI?
I keep hearing opposing information on this subject, so I'll just ask the question outright, Will the LT1 Elbow below fit my TPI? If so I'd like to use it, if not, what other options do I have?

I used it on my first style cold air intake kit. It has a 3.5" outlet to the air filter which was just fine for me. You will have to plug the hole where the temperature sensor is for the LT1. I used a rubber "cork" and epoxied it in to plug the hole. Here is a picture installed in my car.

It will bolt on, but you need a long hump hose to make it clear the accesories. The stock rubber unit well it needs an extention of some sort to push it away from the tb to clear. That kit from summit will get you started, but the rubber conector will be to short

And where would I find a part like this? Don't those hump hoses create turbulence?

I had bought one before with the smae Idea and didn't find a good hose so I sold it at the same price. I had a local fab shop that had3.5 in aluminum piping and made my own. Not everyone can find a place that does custom turbo kits down the steet though.

I got mine from work. It is just 4" hump hose. Maybe do a web search for hump hose.
